Using the service

You do not need to contact us to use TrainBot India. Send a train number or a PNR to the WhatsApp number above and it answers. There is no signup and no charge.

If an answer looked wrong

Tell us the train number or PNR and roughly when you asked, and we can trace what the railway data said at that moment. Reports like this are the fastest way the service gets better — several fixes have come straight from one.

Privacy and data requests

To erase everything held about you, send DELETE on WhatsApp — it works immediately and needs nothing from us. For anything else, email us. What we store and for how long is set out in the privacy notice, and the terms cover what the service does and does not promise.

Press and partnerships

Email is best. We are an independent service and not connected to Indian Railways, IRCTC or any ticketing organisation, so we cannot help with bookings, refunds or complaints about a journey.
