Terms and conditions

TrainBot India is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC, or any rail operator or ticketing organisation. It does not sell, book, cancel or refund tickets, and it never asks you to pay for anything.

What the service is

TrainBot India answers Indian Railways enquiries over WhatsApp — live running status, PNR status, seat availability, train schedules, fares and trains between stations. You send a message; it replies. There is no account, no app and no charge.

Where the information comes from

Railway information is retrieved from a third-party data provider. That data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, particularly for live positions and seat availability, which change constantly. Treat every answer as indicative, not authoritative. For anything that decides whether you travel, confirm against the railway's own channels before you act.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability or uninterrupted operation. It may be slow, unavailable or withdrawn at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on an answer — including missed trains, missed connections or booking decisions.

How you may use it

• Use it for your own genuine travel enquiries.
• Do not automate, scrape, resell or redistribute the answers, or put them behind your own service.
• Do not send another person's PNR or ticket without their agreement.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or interfere with the service.

We may stop serving any number that does these things, without notice and without needing to explain.

Your data

What is stored, what is shared and how to erase it is set out in the privacy notice. Sending DELETE on WhatsApp removes everything held about you.

Changes

These terms may change as the service does. The date below is the only version marker; continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

Governing law and contact
